This bra runs small, so choose one size up from your normal sports bra size. The tighter fit allows the bra to pull back the shoulders and correctly align the spine, putting the body into optimal posture.
How does the bra work?
The sports bra gently, firmly and dynamically re-positions the shoulders back into a neutral posture. Because the bra is seamless, your skin won’t chaff or be pinched by the fabric where it dynamically pulls your shoulders back.

The sports bra was designed to enhance performance and efficiency for athletes—whether you’re training, competing or restoring your body. (For non-athletes, the bra can still be worn anywhere to improve posture.)
