When you get your Posture Band, you'll need to adjust it to fit your body. You can view our instructional video below for simple instructions on how to use the Posture Band. Here are step-by-step written instructions as well:
- Remove the slack from the loop. Pull the slack to make the band smaller or larger.
- Make sure the blue oval is in the middle of the Posture Band.
- Put the band on, one at a time, the same way you would put on a coat.
- Adjust the band to rest around the middle of your biceps.
When wearing the Posture Band, lift your chest and roll your shoulders back. Keep your spine long and your chin neutral for proper posture. Picture an imaginary string pulling up from the crown of your head. You should feel the band gently pulling your shoulders and upper arms back into correct posture immediately.
